Andre Hill

Andre Hill brings a hands-on operator's perspective to product strategy, technical execution, and scaling growth-stage companies.

He is the Managing Partner of Beckett AI Labs, where he partners with software companies to apply AI across product, engineering, and operations to drive efficiency and growth.

Previously, Andre founded Treno, a venture-backed SaaS platform for software engineering operations and lifecycle visibility. He also served as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer at BounceX (now Wunderkind), leading the shift from a services-first model to a product-driven platform and helping scale the business to $100M+ in ARR.

Prior to that, Andre was General Manager of Strategic Business and Vice President of Technology and Solutions at Wrike, where he owned the enterprise product roadmap, served as a field-facing CTO, and identified new market opportunities. He was also part of the leadership team that sold the company to Vista Equity Partners for approximately $800 million.

Earlier in his career, Andre held senior engineering and product leadership roles at Oracle, Dell, IBM/Lotus, and SUSE Linux, leading global platform and enterprise product initiatives.
